The copy/paste feature allows users to copy a layer and paste in other services. Color properties and layer fields will stick when copying. 

Right click on designated layer to be copied. 

Click Copy. 

Right click designated service to paste layer into. 

Click Paste. 

It will take a moment for the new copied layer to appear. When completed, a green banner will appear "Layer copied successfully."

The copied layer will have (Copy) after name. 

Data will not be transferred over - only color properties and field attributes (property fields).
