Click on "Edit Layer" in context menu.
The Edit Fields modal will appear. In Field Label rows, "Tab" is what the tab will be labeled. Label tab. Click Save.
Click on object belonging to edited layer with tabs.
Properties pane will display tab.
Notes:
Moving from tab to tab will automatically save your tabular data.
Tabs are always displayed in alphabetical order except for "Details" which show up first.
Users with read-only permissions cannot set tabular data.
