Data is stored in Services. To load services onto your layout, begin by clicking the Layers button at the top left of the screen.
The Layer Pane will appear. Next, click the Tree icon on the Layer Pane Tool Bar.
A modal will appear. Either select a service OR create a new service. Click Select when finished.
Following 'Select,' The service will load onto your map.
