First, you will need permission from an administrator to give access to the layout. If you have those permissions, you can easily share the layout and manage permissions for users.*
*By giving view access to a user for a layout, the services and layers will not come with it, unless they are adjusted to be viewed by the user. See "Sharing Service Permissions" or "Sharing Layer Permissions" to give user full access.
Under the Layers Pane, click the Edit Security lock icon
A Manage Security modal will appear
Select an entire group, or select individual users, to change their permissions for the service. After selecting users/groups, the permissions settings will appear.
Click the drop downs to change settings.
Setting Descriptions
Default: User has default settings according to which groups/organizations they are in
No: User does not have access.
Yes: User has access.
When giving access to users, be cognizant of what they have access to modify.
It is recommended to not give users access to delete anything.
Click 'Done' when completed.
