I'm an HBK user, and I'm having trouble logging in. How do I login?

To log-in using the new authentication system, you will need to provide your full @quantaservices.com email when prompted. Note that unlike the old system entering only your username WILL NOT WORK.

For instance, I need to enter "bneese@quantaservices.com:"

The password box will disappear, from here, just click "LOG IN."

This will redirect you to another page where you will enter your Quanta password -- the same one you set up during your transition appointment in July, and the one you use to login to your computer and/or webmail. Using your old HBK Where password will not work.

This should redirect you back to the application, and all your existing services and layouts should remain intact.
