To maintain optimal security, external users will need to reset their password the first time they login using the new authentication system. To do this, first click the "Forgot your password?" link.

This will send you to another page, where you will need to input the email associated with your account and click "SEND EMAIL". If you don't remember it, feel free to contact us.

This will send an email to the email on file for your account that contains further instructions on how to reset your password. If you do not receive this email, please contact us.

The email will look something like this:

Upon clicking the link, you will finally be sent to a page to enter your new password:

It can be the same as your old password, but we advise against this. Also, under our new password security compliance rules, passwords will need to be reset every 90 days, and password reuse will not be allowed. In addition, to ensure your data remains secure, password complexity requirements have increased in accordance with our corporate password complexity requirements.

We appreciate you as a client, and apologize for any inconvenience this migration has caused. Know that we have tried to make this process as simple and, more importantly, secure as possible in order to protect any sensitive data in the system. If you have any further questions or concerns about this new authentication system, please do not hesitate to contact us.
