Edit the color, width, size, and style of the layer geometry

To edit the details of a layer, begin by selecting the layer on the Layer Pane (left side of the screen). 

Following selection, the Layer Detail pane will appear automatically, under the Properties tab (right side of screen). 

Layer Detail Toolbar

  1. Download: Download layer data into Google KML, ESRI Shapefile, JSON, CSV, or Excel File

  2. Delete Layer: Delete entire layer and attached data *depending on user permissions

  3. Manage Security: Edit the permissions of the layer *depending on user permissions

  4. Edit Layer: Edit layer name and associated fields

  5. View Files: View layer files on a table 

  6. Set (Un) Selectable: Set layer to be selected by a user or prohibited from selection (unlocked or locked)

  7. Zoom To: Zooms user's screen to layer

  8. Pan To: Pans user's screen to layer 

Layer Detail Tabs

Appearance: This tab contains all of the layer detail styles that change color and appearance.
Geometries: This tab contains the count, area, and perimeter of the selected area. 

Layer Detail Styles

a. Opacity: Adjusts the transparency of a layer
b. Color: Changes the color of a layer
c. Link: Links the color and fill color so that changing one will affect the other  
d. Fill Color: Changes the color inside the object
e. Line Width: Increases or decreases the outline width around geometry
f. Marker Size: Increases or decreases the size of the point or point list
g. Marker Style: Changes the style of the point or point list (circle, cross, diamond, path, square, X).
h. Line Style: Changes the outline style for all geometry
i. Fill Style: Changes the fill inside a geometry to a style 

Click 'Revert' to undo changes or 'Save' to save the layer details.
